Death Notice Lilah Hodge Lilah Hodge, 77, passed away July 1, 2011, at her home in Brookings. She was born June 8, 1934, in Washington, Iowa. Submitted by Redwood Memorial Chapel. Service Notices Mary Alto
Mary Alto, 69, of Harbor, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2011, at her home. She was born April 6, 1942 in Tillamook. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 9, at Lighthouse Assembly of God Church, 15803 Highway 101, in Harbor. Pastor Jim Schultz will officiate Submitted by Redwood Memorial Chapel.
Walter Erick ‘Walt’ Engstrom On the evening of June 27, 2011, Walter Erick Engstrom, 77, of Brookings, winged his way to heaven. After a wonderful day, playing cards (and winning!), and getting his hair cut, he settled in with a glass of wine and a couple of cookies to fuel his final journey. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 9, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1200 Easy St. Submtited by the family.
