Dorothy Irene (Kortie) Brunmeier Dorothy Irene (Kortie) Brunmeier, 83, of Brookings, passed away March 19, 2012, at her home. She was born on April 4, 1928, in Loleta, Calif. Submitted by Redwood Memorial Chapel. James C. Bowman James C. Bowman, 82, passed away at his home on March 23, 2012. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 7, 2012, at Redwood Memorial Chapel, 1020 Fifield Street, Brookings. Submitted by Redwood Memorial Chapel. Dorothy Jane Shull Dorothy Jane Shull, 16, of Harbor, passed away March 26, 2012. She was born May 25, 1995 in Pratt, Kan., to Jennifer and David Shull. A full obituary will be published in a future edition of the Pilot. Submitted by the family. Alden Mason Loring Alden Mason Loring, 87, of Brookings, retired sporting goods store owner, passed away at his home on March 29, 2012.
