“Kathy is the love of my life. She gave me love and taught me to love as I had only done in my dreams. She gave me a life full of love, happiness and laughter. Her smile shone like the sun. I called her my special angel from heaven and now she is really there — happy, healthy, with those she loves, and praying for us all in a more perfect way.
“Kathy, we all love you.”
