 Victory Masonry employee Johnny Miller of Gold Beach, right, adds another concrete block Tuesday to the wall of the new Bi-Mart store being built in Brookings at the corner of Railroad and Wharf streets. The project, by general contractor Harmon Construction Co. of Coos Bay, is scheduled for completion in February. The one-story building will be 200 feet by 150 feet with 30,000 square feet of space.
