Curry County’s unseasonably warm, dry weather has resulted in an early spring show of flowers.
Hyacinth, tulips, daffodils, azaleas, rhododendrons and clematis, along with many other flowering bushes and trees, are bursting at Azalea Park, the Botanical Garden and in front of homes and businesses.
This will be the last weekend to view Mother Nature’s colorful show. Storms predicted to arrive Monday are expected to bring the brief winter flower event to an end.
