Pato Banton plays tonight (March 1) at 101 Bar and Grill in Harbor

World-renown reggae recording artist Pato Banton and his band The Now Generation will perform a free concert tonight (March 1) at the 101 Bar and Grill in Harbor.

Opening act The Torus, a Gold Beach band that plays ska and rock music, will start at 9 p.m., followed by Banton between 10:30 and 11:30 p.m. This is a 21-and-older event.

Banton played at the 101 Bar and Grill last year, but owner Austin Tidwell schedule his return visit on a Saturday so more people could attend.

“It’s great music and we want as many people as possible to enjoy Pato,” Tidwell said.

The 101 Bar & Grill is at the corner of Highway 101 and West Benham Lane.

For more information call 541-254-0505.
