Nature’s Coastal Holiday open through Christmas Eve in Azalea Park

More than 300,000 lights are adorning Azalea Park for the 14th annual Nature’s Coastal Holiday show open nightly through Christmas Eve.

This year’s show is dedicated to the memory of Don Tilton, a longtime show organizer who died Thursday after a year-long illness. The show opened the following night as scheduled.

The show is scheduled to light the park from 5 to 9 every evening. Admission is $1. In addition, special-effects glasses are available for $1. Children 12 and younger are admitted free. Cookies and hot apple cider are served at the Snack Shack.

New this year is a lighted path to the Capella by the Sea, which will be open — depending on the availability of volunteers — in conjunction with the show.
