PISTOL RIVER – The Pistol River Concert Association presents Blame Sally in concert at 8 p.m. Saturday, March 24, at the Pistol River Friendship Hall, 24252 Carpenterville Road.
The band performed a year ago in Pistol River and is back by popular demand.
The San Francisco-based band, which consists of Pam Delgado, Jeri Jones, Renee Harcourt and Monica Pasqual, has recently been finding itself in the national spotlight, according to the group’s website.
In the fall of 2008, they signed a three-year album recording contract with Bay Area Opus Music Ventures. The ink was barely dry on the contract before Blame Sally found itself in a new, state-of-the-art recording studio and in the hands of Grammy-nominated producer Lee Townsend.
Tickets are $15 and are available at Wrights Custom Framing and Art Supplies in Brookings and Gold Beach Books in Gold Beach. Tickets may also be reserved online at www.pistolriver.com or by calling 541-247-2848. A $5 student discount or refund is available at the door with student identification.
