The seminar is for new, current and renewing notaries and will offer information on any law or rule changes, how to properly identify the signer, what to record in a journal, as well as requirements to create a proper Oregon Notarial Certificate.

•Brookings-Harbor Redshirts invites the public to help pack boxes to send to American troops serving overseas.
