The event begins with a bon voyage reception at noon at Happy Days Malt Shop in Gold Beach. Dinner will be at Singing Springs Resort in Agness. The boat returns to Gold Beach about 6 p.m.

PFLAG Gold Beach/Curry County support meeting will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Goldrush Center conference room, 29692 Ellensburg Ave., Gold Beach. Alzheimer’s Support Group will meet at 2 p.m. in the Chetco Activity Center dining room, 550 Chetco Lane, Brookings. The group is for anyone who cares for, or has a family member living with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia. The facilitators are Bharti Patel and Dana Maciel.

Friends of the Curry Public Library will meet at 9 a.m. at the library, 94341 Third St., Gold Beach.
