Brookings-Harbor Redshirts invites the public to help pack boxes to send to American troops serving overseas. The group meets at 11 a.m. in the Sea View Senior Living Community second floor activity room, 98059 Gerlach Lane, Harbor. This will be the final shipment for the organization as it is disbanding. The final shipment will be sent at 8 a.m. Friday, Nov. 22, at the Brookings Post Office.

The Chetco Library Book Discussion Group will meet in the Chetco Community Public Library Annex, 402 Alder St., Brookings. The group will discuss “This Town” by Mark Leibovich. Everyone is welcome.

Friday, Nov. 22

Langlois Public Library hosts its 17th annual Holiday Crafts Fair from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Langlois Lions Hall, 48136 Floras Lake Loop. More than 40 vendors have been scheduled. Lunch will be sold from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The fair will continue the same hours on Saturday, Nov. 23.
