The Port Orford CommUnity Co-op will meet from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Port Orford Public Library Freedom of Speech Room, 1421 Oregon St. Members will vote on board candidates and participate in discussions about the next steps for the co-op. The Curry County Veterans Service Office will have an open house from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Curry County Courthouse Annex Blue Room, 94235 Moore St., Gold Beach. The guest speaker will be Brian Guinther, senior chief, U.S. Navy, retired, who is an outreach specialist at the VA Regional Office in Portland.
