The Brookings/Harbor Progressives’ Second Saturday Brunch will be a no-host gathering at 11 a.m. at Sebastian’s Seafood Grill, 16011 Boat Basin Road, Harbor. Newcomers are welcome. For more information, call 541-469-1970.

Howonquet Head Start and Early Learning Center will host a spaghetti feed fundraiser from 4 to 7 p.m. at Howonquet Hall, 101 Indian Court, Smith River.
