The tall ships Lady Washington and Hawaiian Chieftain will sail into Crescent City Harbor for the Crescent City Tall Ships Festival scheduled from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The festival will continue from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, April 21.
