•Karaoke is offered at 8 p.m. at MoVino Wine Bar, 625 Chetco Ave., Brookings.; at 9:30 p.m. at 101 Bar and Grill, 98141 W. Benham Lane, Harbor; and at 9 p.m. at Turf Club, 900 Front St., Crescent City.

•An Open Mic Jam Session  is offered at 7 p.m. at Shooters Billiards Bar, 1091 Highway 101 N. Crescent City.

•Gil Kirk performs vocals and piano from 6 to 9 p.m. at Sebastian’s Seafood Grill, 16011 Boat Basin Road, Harbor. He also performs from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursdays and 7 to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. For information, call 541-412-7977.

Friday, March 2

•Giraffes on a Raft will perform from 7 to 9 p.m. at The Salty Dog Coffee Bar at the Port of Brookings Harbor boardwalk. Admission is free.

•The Curry Historical Society hosts a history mystery theater dinner fundraiser at 6 p.m. at Tiffany’s Cafe in the Goldrush Building, 29692 Ellensburg Ave., Gold Beach. Shows will also be at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 3, and 2 p.m. Sunday, March 4. 

•Brookings-Harbor Community Theater presents “The Cemetery Club”  at 7:30 p.m. at the Harbor Performing Arts Center in the Brookings-Harbor Shopping Center. Final performances will be at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, March 3, and 2 p.m. Sunday, March 4. Tickets are $10 for adults, $9 for seniors and $7 for students. Tickets are available at Wright’s Custom Framing and Art Supplies in Brookings and New Wave Video in Harbor. Reservations may be made by calling 541-469-4700.

•Jerry Moffit performs on keyboard from 6 to 9 p.m. at Nautical Inn, 16850 Highway 101, Smith River.

•Gary Lowdon performs on saxophone from 6 to 9 p.m. at O’Holleran’s Restaurant and Lounge, 1210 Chetco Ave., Brookings. He also performs from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

•Old Time Music Jam will be from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at  Chetco Activity Center, 550 Chetco Lane, Brookings. Musicians of all ages are welcome. For information, call 541-469-6787.

•The Lost Woods – a band from Crescent City that plays classical, Americana and hillbilly rock – will perform at 8:30 p.m. at the Pine Cone Tavern, 629 Chetco Ave., Brookings

•Five-time Grammy award winner B.J. Thomas performs live at 7 p.m. at the Tolowa Event Center of the Lucky 7 Casino, 350 N. Indian Road, Smith River. The concert is sold out.

•Border Coast will perform rock ’n’ roll dance music at 8 p.m. at the Lucky 7 Casino Club 7 Sports Bar, 350 N. Indian Road, Smith River. There is no cover charge. Patrons must be 21 or older.

•Timbré – Kim Banfield and Mike Quale – will perform its first concert since 2007 from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Chetco Playhouse, 1240 Chetco Ave., Brookings. Admission is $10 for general and $8 for children 12 and younger. Half the proceeds benefit the Chetco Pelican Players.

Saturday, March 10

•The 92nd Second Saturday Art Walk will be from 4 to 7 p.m. at venues along Oak Street, Art Walk Alley, Chetco Avenue and Chetco Lane.
