Friday, Dec. 16

•The Chetco Pelican Players debuts “The Little Prince” at 7:30 p.m. at the Chetco Playhouse, 1240 Chetco Ave., Brookings. Final shows will be at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17 and 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18. For ticket information, call 541-469-1857. For reservations, call 541-469-1877.

•“A Curry Christmas Carol,” a musical revue, will be performed at 7:30 p.m. the Rogue Playhouse, 94196 Moore St., Gold Beach. Admission is $10. The final performance will be at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17. Reservations are recommended by calling 541-247-4ETC (4382).

•Jerry Moffit on keyboards and Gary Lowdon on sax perform from 6 to 9 p.m. at Nautical Inn, 16850 Highway 101, Smith River.

Saturday, Dec. 17

•The Stagelights Holiday Showcase is set for 7 p.m. at the Harbor Performing Arts Center in the Brookings-Harbor Shopping Center. Four local acts performing celtic/jazz, barbershop quartet songs, pop/rock and traditional greek and spanish music. Audience participation Christmas caroling.

•Brookings-Harbor Lions Club will hosts its annual Christmas Singalong at 10 a.m. starting at Chetco Federal Credit Union, 16147 Highway 101, Harbor. People are welcome to dress in a Santa suit or an elf costume. The group will walk through the nursing homes and grocery stories singing Christmas songs.

•Brookings Seventh-day Adventist Church, 102 Park Ave., will present “Prince of Peace,” honoring the birth of Jesus Christ, at 11 a.m. The program will include performances by Strings of Praise, directed by Emmett McCutchenne; pianist Diana Cefalo from Tracy, Calif.; marimba played by Naomi Ratiano; as well as single and combined voices from church members.

•Jessie Goergen and Borderline will perform from 9 p.m. to midnight at Shooters 541 in the South Coast Center in Harbor.
