Wednesday, Aug. 15 •An outdoor concert and potluck
picnic will be from 3 to 8 p.m. at Buffington Park in Port Orford. Per- formers include Sparrow’s Gate, Mike Disbrow and Shine On, Blues Crusta- ceans, Heather Carpenter, and Kirk Schumacher. The concert is free, but donations will benefit the new Port Orford Community Co-op, which will provide food and other products with an emphasis on locally-produced items. In case of rain, the event will be moved to the Community Build- ing.
