•Del Norte High School theater production class presents "Just Another High School Play" at 7 p.m. in the school's multipurpose room, 1301 El Dorado St., Crescent City. This comedy spoofs the most traditional high school plays from Shakespeare to Albee, with a dose of history and improvisation thrown in. •Author Sherri' Merritt, owner of Merritt Lavender Farm in Bandon and known locally as "The Lavender Lady," will offer a presentation about her first non-fiction book, “Lost: A Lavender Lady Mystery,” at 11 a.m. at Gold Beach Books, 29707 Ellensburg Ave. Afterward, she willl autograph copies of her new book, as well as her earlier books, “The Lavender Lady Cooks” and “The Lavender Harvest.” Admission is free.
