Pelican Bay Arts Association will have a Halloween meeting at the Manley Art Center and Gallery, 433 Oak St., Brookings. The general meeting will be at 11 a.m. followed by a potluck. After lunch, Lon Goddard will be telling a ghost story that will be continued by people in attendance. Costumes are welcome.
