“Creative Mondays” take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Crescent Harbor Gallery, 140 Marine Way, Crescent City. Attendees may come for only part of the day if wished; a 3 p.m. critique is encouraged. This is not limited to painters, but for any artwork a person wants to work on. The Del Norte Association for Cultural Awareness (DNACA) presents Le Vent du Nord (“The North Wind”) from Quebec at 7:30 p.m. at Crescent Elk Auditorium 994 G St, Crescent City.  Tickets cost $18 general, $15 for seniors 65 and older, and $12 for full-time students, kindergarten through college.  Tickets may be purchased at Wright’s Custom Framing and Art Supplies in Brookings, Del Norte Office Supply in Crescent City, and at the door. The Pistol River Concert Associations presents the Rita Hosking Trio at 8 p.m. at the Pistol River Friendship Hall, 24252 Carpenterville Road, Pistol River.

Sunday, Nov. 18

The Stagelights Concert Series presents Sharp Three, a global fusion trio, at 7 p.m. at the Harbor Performing Arts Center in the Brookings-Harbor Shopping Center. Admission is $15. Tickets are available at the Curry Coastal Pilot or at the door.
