•“Creative Mondays” take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Crescent Harbor Gallery, 140 Marine Way, Crescent City. Attendees may come for only part of the day if wished; a 3 p.m. critique is encouraged. This is not limited to painters, but for any artwork a person wants to work on. Wednesday, Aug. 8
•“Jane and Annie at Home” will be presented as part of the “Living History at Hughes House” series. Performances will begin at 11 a.m. with the last show at 3 p.m. and will take place depending on the number of visitors. Admission is free, but donations are welcome. Hughes House is in Cape Blanco State Park north of Port Orford.
Friday, Aug. 10
•Ellensburg Theater Company presents “Willy Wonka” at 7:30 p.m. at the Rogue Playhouse, 94196 Moore St., Gold Beach. Performances will also be at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, and 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 12, as well as the following two weekends. Tickets are $12 for adults and $8 for children.
