Brookings Harbor Community Theater presents “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” at 7:30 p.m. at the Harbor Performing Arts Center, 97900 Shopping Center Ave. Final performances will be at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, and 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24.
