Thursday, Nov. 21

Chris Hawthorne from  Hawthorne Gallery and Redfish Restaurant will give a presentation on art glass as part of the “Interesting Langlois” series at 6 p.m. at Langlois Public Library, 48234 Highway 101.

Friday, Nov. 22

The Del Norte High School theater class serves dinner and presents a murder mystery at 7 p.m. with a follow-up show at  2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, in the high school’s multi-purpose room, 1301 El Dorado St., Crescent City. For more information, call 707-464-0260.

Brookings Harbor Community Theater presents “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” at 7:30 p.m.  at the Harbor Performing Arts Center, 97900 Shopping Center Ave. Final performances will be at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, and 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24.  Tickets are $10 for adults, $9 for seniors and $7 for students. Gary Lowdon performs on saxophone from 6 to 9 p.m. at O’Holleran’s Restaurant and Lounge, 1210 Chetco Ave., Brookings. He also performs from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

Elk Valley Casino presents Aaron Radatz, a Las Vegas magician, at 8 p.m., at the casino, 2500 Howland Hill Road, Crescent City.

Tuesday, Dec. 3

Brookings Harbor Community Theater will hold auditions for the musical production of “Pocahontas” from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Harbor Performing Arts Center, 97900 Shopping Center Ave. Youths ages 5 to 16 are welcome to audition. For more information, call Director Dori Blodgett at 541-661-2473.
