Artist and musician Jon Parmentier will be holding a CD release celebration starting a 5 p.m. at The Gallery of Arts and Culture, 175 H St., Crescent City. Oregon Old Time Fiddlers Association presents its first Winter Festival at the Chetco Grange Community Center, 97895 Shopping Center Ave., Harbor. A performance will be from noon to 2 p.m. with an open acoustic jam following until everyone is tired. Admission is free.
