Pelican Bay Arts Association will meet at Manley Art Center and Gallery, 433 Oak St., Brookings. The meeting will be at 11 a.m. followed by a potluck lunch. Ellensburg Theater Company presents “Who’s on First?” by Jack Sharkey at 7 p.m. Tickets for the opening-night gala are $17 in advance or $20 at the door.
