Saturday, Feb. 1

Oregon Old Time Fiddlers Association presents its first Winter Festival at the Chetco Grange Community Center, 97895 Shopping Center Ave., Harbor. A performance will be from noon to 2 p.m. with an open acoustic jam following until everyone is tired. Admission is free.

Monday, Feb. 3

The monthly art change-out at Manley Art Center and Gallery will be from noon to 2 p.m. The theme is “Reflections.” The gallery is at 433 Oak St., Brookings.

“Creative Mondays” take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Crescent Harbor Gallery, 140 Marine Way, Crescent City. Attendees may come for only part of the day if wished; a 3 p.m. critique is encouraged. This is not limited to painters, but for any artwork a person wants to work on. Friday, Feb. 7

Chetco Pelican Players presents the audience-participation production of “The Clumsy Custard Horror Show” at 7:30 p.m. at the Chetco Playhouse, 1240 Chetco Ave., Brookings. Shows will also be at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, and 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 9, as well as the following two weekends. Tickets are $12 for adults and $6 for children and are available at Wright’s Custom Framing and Art Supplies in Brookings and New Wave Video in Harbor. For reservations, call 541-469-1877.

The Winter Art and Chocolate Festival will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Seascape Regional Center, 98158 W. Benham Lane, Harbor. The festival will continue from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 9.

Tuesday, Feb. 11

Chetco Pelican Players will hold auditions for “The Importance of Being Earnest” by Oscar Wilde at 6:30 p.m. at the Chetco Playhouse, 1240 Chetco Ave., Brookings. The casting will be flexible and ages may vary. Auditions will also be at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12. For more information, call Director Karen de Lucca at 541-661-0616.

Friday, Feb. 14

The Pistol River Concert Association presents Chuck Pyle in concert at 8 p.m. at the Pistol River Friendship Hall, 24252 Carpenterville Road.  Tickets are $15 and are available at Wright’s Custom Framing and Art Supplies in Brookings, Gold Beach Books and the door.  A $5 student discount or refund is also available at the door.  For ticket reservations or more information, call 541-247-2848 or visit http://www.pistolriver.com. 

Ellensburg Theater Company presents “Who’s on First?” by Jack Sharkey at 7 p.m. Tickets for the opening-night gala  are $17 in advance or $20 at the door. Advance tickets are available at Coffee Dock and Gold Beach Books. Performances will also be at 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, and 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 16, as well as the following two weekends.
