Wednesday, June 25

Gil Kirk performs vocals and piano from 6 to 9 p.m. at Sebastian’s Seafood Grill, 16011 Boat Basin Road, Harbor. He also performs from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays. For information, call 541-412-7977.

Thursday, June 26

The Fourth Thursday Demo will be at noon at Crescent Harbor Gallery, 140 Marine Way, Crescent City. The meeting will be preceded by a potluck at 11:30 a.m. Jeanne Warren, a wildlife artist, will demonstrate painting on canvas.

Rapp Brush will perform country classics from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Harris Beach State Park campground program area next to space C-22.

Friday, June 27

Artistic License will take place at Brian Scott Gallery, 515 Chetco Ave., Brookings. Presenters, hosted by Angela Ewing, include Gina Ledoux, Shirley Hyatt and Daniel Dodson.

Brookings-Harbor Community Theater presents the junior production of “The Quest: A Fairy Tale With An Attitude” at 7 p.m. at the Harbor Performing Arts Center, 97900 Shopping Center Ave. Final shows will be at 7 p.m. Saturday, June 28, and 2 p.m. Sunday, June 29. Tickets are $8 for adults, $5 for students and children, and free for children 3 and younger. Chetco Pelican Players presents the musical production “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels” at 7:30 p.m. at the Chetco Playhouse, 1240 Chetco Ave., Brookings. Additional shows will be at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, June 28, and 2 p.m. Sunday, June 29,  as well as the following Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are $15 for adults and $7 for children and are available in Brookings at Wright’s Custom Framing and Arts Supplies, in Harbor at New Wave Video, and at the door. An Artists’ Faire will begin at 10 a.m. at Wright’s Custom Framing and Art Supplies, 810 Chetco Ave., Brookings. Art teachers will have booths to share what they have to offer. American Music Festival presents the Celtic group Golden Bough in concert at 1 p.m. at the Azalea Park stage. The concert is free.

Thursday, July 3

Coast Redwoods Art Association hosts its annual art and craft show from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Crescent City Cultural Center, 1001 Front St. Admission is free. Paintings, jewelry, weaving, photography, woodworks and ceramics will be shown. The show will continue 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, July 4.

Bluegrass on the Boardwalk begins at 1 p.m. in the grass in front of the boardwalk extension at the Port of Brookings Harbor. For information, call 541-469-2218.

Friends of Music and Stagelights Musical Arts Community presents Taarka in concert at 7:30 p.m. at the Harbor Performing Arts Center, 97900 Shopping Center Ave. Tickets are $15 and available at the Curry Coastal Pilot and at the door.
