The 118th Second Saturday Art Walk will be from 3 to 6 p.m. at nine venues within walking distance of Chetco Avenue and Oak Street in Brookings. The event includes art, presentations, music and food.

Pistol River Concert Association presents Time Sawyer in concert at 8 p.m. at the Pistol River Friendship Hall, 24252 Carpenterville Road. Tickets are $15 and are available in Brookings at Wright’s Custom Framing and Art Supplies, in Gold Beach at Gold Beach Books and at the door. American Music Festival presents the Blues Box Bayou Band in concert at 1 p.m. at the Azalea Park stage. The concert is free.

Wednesday, July 16

Performer Rich Glauber will present an interactive children’s program titled “Music in Action!” at 2 p.m. at the Langlois Public Library, 48234 Highway 101. Admission is free.

Friday, July 18

Brookings Harbor Community Theater presents a dinner theater featuring two one-act plays — “Faith, Hope and Cyanide” and “Cards, Cups and Crystal Ball” — at 7 p.m. at the Harbor Performing Arts Center, 97900 Shopping Center Ave. Tickets are $18 and may be purchased at Wright’s Custom Framing and Art Supplies in Brookings and New Wave Video in Harbor. The Eastman Band will be performing in concert at 10 p.m. at 101 Bar and Grill, 98141 W. Benham Lane, Harbor. The band will also be performing at 10 p.m. Saturday, July 19.

The Mildred Hill Concert Series presents The Brinkman-Rogers Duo in concert at 7 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, 2015 Washington St., Port Orford. Earlier in the day, at 2:30, the duo will host a workshop featuring flutes and guitars at the Langlois Public Library, 48234 Highway 101.

Sweet Wednesday, a folk duo from Boston, will perform a free concert at 2 p.m. at Curry Public Library, 94341 Third St., Gold Beach. For more information, call the library at 541-247-7246.

Monday, July 21

The Fair Weatherheads will perform at 7 p.m. at Ship Ashore Resort, 12370 Highway 101, Smith River.

Tuesday, July 22

Ellensburg Theater Company presents the melodrama “Money in the Bank” at 7:30 p.m. at the Rogue Playhouse, 94196 Moore St., Gold Beach. Performances will also be at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, July 23 and 24, as well as the following Sunday through Thursday. Folksinger, storyteller and autoharp virtuoso Adam Miller will perform a free concert at 2 p.m. at the Chetco Community Public Library, 405 Alder St., Brookings. For more information, call 541-469-7738.

Thursday, July 24

Sara Broderick, Brookings artist and community college instructor, will be giving a demonstration at noon at Crescent Harbor Gallery, 140 Marine Way, Crescent City. A finger-food luncheon will be at 11:30 a.m. prior to the demonstrations. All are welcome. For more information, call 707-464-4608.
