Thursday, Feb. 28

The Fourth Thursday demonstration will be at noon preceded by a potluck at Crescent Harbor Gallery, 140 Marine Way, Crescent City.  The demonstration will be given by Crescent City artist Rosemary Garcia, who  will paint a wolf or cheetah in acrylics on a wood panel. Brookings Harbor Community Theater presents “Alice in Wonderland” 7:30 p.m. at the Harbor Performing Arts Center, 97900 Shopping Center Ave. Performances will also be at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, March 2, and 2 p.m. Sunday, March 3, as well as the following weekend. Tickets are $10 for adults, $9 for seniors and $7 for students. Tickets are available in  Brookings at Wright’s Custom Framing and Art Supplies, in Harbor at New Wave Video and at the door. Brookings-Harbor Education Foundation is sponsoring a fundraiser production of Brookings Harbor Community Theater’s “Alice in Wonderland” 7:30 p.m. at the Harbor Performing Arts Center, 97900 Shopping Center Ave. Tickets are $20 and benefit the foundation. St. Joseph Catholic Church presents The Irish Variety Show featuring five entertainers performing Emerald Isle-style comedy, music, song and dance.
