The following information is taken from the daily logs of local law enforcement agencies. Charges listed are preliminary and are made at the discretion of the arresting officer or agency. Friday, Oct. 30 Michael Scott Remington, 45, of Harbor, for second-degree criminal trespass; bail set at $2,000. Christopher Sudeta, 22, of Brookings, for a driving under the influence of intoxicants warrant; no bail. Sunday, Nov. 1 Benjamin Larson, 22, of Brookings, for probation violation; no bail. Ryland Jesse Caudell, 29, Brookings, for second-degree disorderly conduct; bail of $5,000 was paid and he was released. Brandon Wayne Bristow, 18, of Brookings, for attempting to elude in a vehicle; bail of $25,000 was paid and he was released. |
