Catherine Ruth “Cathie” Clark
 Catherine Ruth “Cathie” Clark Catherine Ruth “Cathie” Clark, 60, of Kea’au, Hawaii, died May 24, 2009, at her home. Cathie was born in Santa Paula, Calif. She grew up and graduated from high school in Ventura, Calif. She moved to Brookings in 1992. While in Brookings she was employed at Coast Auto Center approximately seven years, where she met Royall Clark. The two were married on Nov. 25, 1995. She was employed as the office manager at Blue Pacific Realty from 2001 to 2005, when she and her husband moved to Hawaii. Cathie loved sitting in the sunshine at Hapuna Beach, Hawaii. She also loved shopping for shoes, and reading books on the lanai. She truly missed her many friends left behind in Brookings. Survivors include her husband Royall Clark, of Kea’au; daughters Angela Shaffer of Klamath Falls, Gina Crabtree of Orange, Calif., Toni Selk of Las Vegas. Also surviving are four grandchildren. Cathie’s ashes will be scattered at Kea’au. Submitted by the family |
